Second Wind Dreams Program Scholarships
Bring the world-renowned Virtual Dementia Tour® (VDT®), DACE®, and the Dreams Program to your facility.
The purpose of the scholarship program is to strengthen the knowledge of and training for dementia care for under-resourced eldercare communities. Second Wind Dreams is dedicated to serving communities who have untapped potential and can benefit from our programs.
Scholarships are one year for the program(s) applied and approved. Applications can be submitted at anytime and will be reviewed by the SWD Scholarship Committee once per quarter on the following schedule:
- Quarter 1 applications – reviewed in April
- Quarter 2 applications – reviewed in July
- Quarter 3 applications – reviewed in October
- Quarter 4 applications – reviewed in January
Any elder care community that serves a medically, geographically, and/or socioeconomically underserved population are welcome to apply.
Participation in this scholarship is voluntary and is at no cost to your facility.
